How to play
A 30 minute nutrition board game that tests food knowledge. At each station players pick the lowest kilojoule option from three everyday foods, complete an exercise, and move forward, stay or go back depending on their answer.
- Start individuals or teams on the first station, depending on group size.
- At each station, players choose which of three everyday foods has the lowest kilojoule count.
- Everyone completes the station's exercise, such as a 200 metre run or 20 push-ups.
- Lowest answer moves forward one place; second lowest stays and tries again; highest moves back one place.
- The first individual or team to reach the end and complete a victory lap wins.
- Scale the reps, holds and time to suit your class; anyone can rest and rejoin at any point.
You need: Printed station cards with food options, Cones to mark the stations
