How to play
A five minute guessing game and warm-up that helps a new group learn names. A blindfolded student turns someone into an animal, then guesses who is making the noise while the circle keeps exercising.
- Form a tight circle. One student stands in the middle and covers their eyes with a scarf or blindfold.
- Everyone in the circle does the exercise for the round, such as star jumps, while you gently spin the middle student a couple of times.
- The middle student points and names an animal or object, such as 'become an elephant'. The nearest person makes that noise.
- The middle student guesses who it is by name.
- A right guess wins. If it's wrong, the whole group does a 200 metre run together, then a new student goes in the middle.
