Board Game – Literacy Game

Students design and make their own board game, either on any theme or tied to a topic you've just covered in English. A great way to revise, and students enjoy the creative freedom.

1. 1Decide whether students choose their own theme or relate it to a recent English topic.
2. 2Show examples, like a Monopoly board with its chance and community chest cards.
3. 3Have students write question cards that relate to the class topic.
4. 4Students build their board game from cardboard and craft materials.
5. 5Let students play the games they have made.

You need: Cardboard, Pencils and pens, Glue, Any other craft materials
