How to play
A two-team relay where each team runs to collect letter cards, completes the exercise on the back of each, then unscrambles the letters into a phrase. It builds teamwork because everyone has to work together.
- Print and laminate the letter and exercise cards, using an age-appropriate phrase, and attach a bodyweight exercise to each letter.
- Split the group into two even teams and place a container of letters 50 metres away.
- Each team runs the 50 metres and grabs one letter.
- The whole team completes the exercise on the back together, then runs the 50 metres before collecting a new letter.
- Teams cannot start working out the phrase until all letters are collected.
- The first team to figure out the phrase wins. Use bodyweight exercises and scale reps and distances to suit your class.
