How to play
A fast, silly circle game where students pass a chicken call, "B'Gawk", around the circle while holding a squat. Speed and tricky direction changes keep everyone laughing as they warm up.
- Make circles of 6 to 10 students, all in a squat hold with hands circled over their eyes.
- The first player shoots one hand out, says "B'Gawk" and does a squat. Left hand sends play left, right hand right.
- The next player must instantly do the same, or shoot both hands out and say "B'Gawken" to reverse play.
- Every player who takes a turn completes a squat.
- Move play as quickly as possible. When someone hesitates or slips up, the whole circle does 5 plank jacks, then play restarts.
- Swap the hold and turn exercise, for example plank and commando, or lunge and alternate lunge jump.
