How to play
The code-breaking game Mastermind with exercises instead of colours. Code crackers run guesses to four cones and learn from how the creator moves each cone, so teamwork, logic and fitness all come together.
- Make groups of four: one creator and three code crackers. The creator secretly places four exercises under four cones.
- Code crackers take turns running ten metres to place an exercise card in front of a cone, doing two reps first.
- The creator turns the cone upside down if correct, pushes it over if right exercise but wrong position, or leaves it if wrong.
- Other code crackers hold a static position while one runs; the creator holds one during changeovers.
- The code is cracked when all four cones are upside down.
- Play four times so everyone is creator. Time each round; the code held longest wins.
