Turn on MYSTERY SCORES in setup and no number appears anywhere — not on the board, not on a single phone — until the final podium. Students still see their own status: standing, banked, busted. Just never a score or a rank.

The whole game becomes one reveal instead of thirty small ones. A child who is behind plays the entire lesson without watching themselves lose, and the podium lands as a genuine surprise for everyone at once.
