How to play
A pairs boxing activity where a dice roll sends each pair to one of six cones for a boxing exercise, with reps growing every round. Pairs of similar ability push each other to complete as many rounds as they can.
- Set up a home station with dice and six numbered cones 20 metres away, each with a boxing exercise such as jabs or side hooks.
- Boxing pairs roll a dice, run to that cone and complete 10 reps, then run back.
- Roll again and complete 20 reps at the new cone, then 30, and so on.
- Each pair spends 10 minutes on the gloves and pads, then swaps.
- Play it non-competitively, or the pair with the most rounds in the time are the champions.
- Scale the punches, runs and time to suit your class.
