How to play
A festive musical workout where students jog on the spot to Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and perform a move each time they hear a buzz word. Listening closely is half the fun.
- Play the song and have everyone jog on the spot.
- On "Santa", do a push up.
- On "Rudolph", do a burpee.
- On "reindeer", do a squat jump.
- On "Christmas", do a star jump, then keep jogging.
You need: The song "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and a speaker
