How to play
A partner balance game. Squatting face to face, students try to bump their partner off balance using only hands on hands, and the one who stays squatting wins.
- Take the class outside to an open space and make pairs of similar strength.
- Partners squat facing each other, hands out, palms facing forward.
- On 'GO', each tries to bump the other over using only their hands on their partner's hands.
- The player who stays squatting wins.
- After three games, students choose a new partner and play again.
- Challenge: anyone undefeated gets to challenge the teacher.
