How to play
A warm-up or finishing game where two coloured dice make a two-digit number to find on a bingo card. Every number crossed off is a set of reps, played individually or in teams.
- Give each player or team a printed game card and two different coloured dice: one for tens, one for units.
- Roll both dice to make a number, for example a 1 and a 4 makes 14.
- Do that many reps of the card's exercise, such as 14 commandos on card one or 14 squat thrusters on card two.
- Run 100 metres before rolling again, or just roll again for more reps.
- The first team to complete a row wins, or the team with the most numbers in a set time.
- Option: play for 20 minutes, then the teacher rolls 10 numbers while everyone holds a plank. Most of those numbers completed wins.
