How to play
A 10 to 20 minute dice game based on baseball, best played in pairs. Every roll is a baseball event and an exercise that both players do together, so they compete for runs while encouraging each other.
- Give each pair a six-sided dice and a printed score sheet. One pitches (rolls), the other bats.
- 6 is a home run (1 run); 5 is a base hit (4 equals 1 run); 3 is a ball (4 equals 1 run).
- 4 is the mystery: play paper, scissors, rock. Batter wins a run, pitcher wins a strike.
- 2 is a foul (3 equals 1 strike); 1 is a strike. Three strikes ends the innings, then swap.
- After every roll both players do that number's exercise, such as 10 sumo squat jumps for a 6.
- Play five innings each, or as time allows. The batter with the most runs wins.
