How to play
A blank version of the Around the World board game. Teams roll to travel between countries and complete the activity you write on each card, over three rounds that build to double reps.
- Write your own activities on the blank country cards. Set them up like a board game or in a large circle.
- Play individually or in teams. Roll the dice to move and complete the activity on the country before moving on.
- On a lucky dip card, do what it says and move on.
- The first team back rolls the winners dice; all other teams complete that movement, such as 50 squats for a 1, then everyone restarts.
- Round two: two laps before returning to the starting point. Round three: double reps on each station.
- Scale the reps, holds and time to suit your class; anyone can rest and rejoin at any point.
