How to play
A numeracy and fitness race where teams multiply two dice to set their reps. Teams work through an exercise list, then total their reps while holding a static position, so luck and maths matter as much as fitness.
- Play individually or in teams and give each team two dice and the exercise list.
- Teams roll both dice and multiply them to get the reps for exercise 1, e.g. 5 and 3 is 15 reps.
- Roll again for each following exercise until all seven are done.
- Teams then calculate their total reps while holding the listed static hold.
- The first team to finish every exercise and calculate the correct total wins.
- For younger students, roll just one die to make the maths easier.
