How to play
A dice warm-up about knowing when to stop. Everyone's rep count drops with each roll, and students can lock in by planking, but anyone still going when the bogey number comes up does the full reps.
- Stand the class in a circle, pick an exercise for each round and set a starting number of 30, 40 or 50 reps.
- Choose a bogey number, such as 1 or 2, with the group.
- Roll the dice in front of the group; each roll comes off everyone's number while they keep moving, e.g. star jumps.
- When happy with their number, students go into a plank hold to lock it in.
- If the bogey number is rolled, anyone not planking does the full starting reps.
- Students then do their reps; early finishers do extra burpees to take off their total score.
