How to play
A 30-minute partner boxing game where two dice pick the combo or exercise. Round one adds runs between rolls; round two drops the runs and doubles the reps whenever doubles are rolled.
- Pair students as boxer and pad holder, with boxing equipment and two dice per pair.
- The pad holder rolls; the total sets the exercise or combo, which both partners complete together.
- Round one: after each exercise, both run 50 to 100 metres, then roll again. Swap roles after ten minutes.
- Round two: five minutes per boxer, rolling again straight away with no run.
- In round two, doubles mean double the reps, e.g. a double 4 is 200 jabs instead of 100.
- Change the time limits to suit your lesson.
