How to play
A long jump game where three rulers are laid out and the last one moves further away after every jump. The gaps keep growing, so run-ups and jumps get bigger in a competitive setting.
- Lay three rulers or sticks in a straight line, 30cm apart.
- Students take one step between each ruler and make a big jump off the last one.
- The student at the end of the line is the 'fly'. Move the previous ruler to where they landed, making the next jump longer.
- A jumper is out if they touch a ruler with their foot or take two steps between rulers.
- Keep going until only one student is left.
You need: Three large rulers or sticks
