How to play
A fast-paced movement game where the teacher asks "Who can...?" and students respond straight away. It builds concentration and following directions, reinforces past skills, and doubles as a calm-down technique.
- Scatter students around the space.
- Give movement challenges at a rapid but clear pace, each starting with "Who can...?"
- Try: balance on one, two, three or four body parts; throw or catch a pretend ball low or high.
- Try: gallop, leap, run or skip on every basketball line; jump and clap three, four or five times.
- Finish calm: sit down without a noise, be silent for 10 seconds, line up without a sound or touching anybody.
