How to play
A funny circle warm-up where everyone holds a squat and tuck jumps only on the word 'jump'. The head lumberjack tries to trick the group with similar words, so it sharpens listening.
- Form a circle and choose one student to be the head lumberjack in the middle.
- Everyone else holds a squat position.
- When the lumberjack yells 'jump', everyone does 1 tuck jump and returns to the squat hold.
- The lumberjack tries to trick the group with words like 'Jupiter' or 'Jungle', or by saying 'jump' very quickly.
- If anyone is too slow, the whole group does 10 sit-ups or a 50 metre sprint together. Swap the lumberjack after a minute or so.
