How to play
A target-throwing game where cone rings form an archery target worth 1 to 10 points. Where the ball lands sets both the score and the exercise, so it mixes accuracy with fitness.
- Set up ten rings of cones like an archery target: the smallest middle ring scores 10, the outer ring scores 1.
- Students stand about 20 to 30 metres away, depending on space and ability.
- Each student or team throws a tennis ball at the target, aiming for the bullseye.
- They score the ring's points and do its exercise, such as 5 points and 10 beetles. A miss scores 0.
- In teams, take turns throwing. Set a number of throws or a time limit; the highest score wins.
