How to play
A partner boxing game played like Yahtzee: pairs roll five dice, pick a scoring category, then complete that category's boxing combos or exercises. Pairs work together for the highest score.
- Pair students. One boxes while the other holds pads; swap halfway so each has 15 minutes in each role.
- Pairs roll 5 dice and can reroll some or all of them, up to 3 rolls in total.
- They choose a category, such as 'ones', record the score and complete that category's exercises, such as 100 uppercuts and 10 squats.
- After each roll, the pair runs 50 to 100 metres together before rolling again.
- If they can't fill a category, they score zero and do double reps for it. The highest score after 30 minutes wins.
- Scale the reps, distances or time to suit your class.
