How to play

A team icebreaker of one-minute challenges done while exercising, like holding a plank while singing or building a story during sumo squats. It is fun, creative and works well with a new group.

  1. Split the class into teams and set a timer for one minute.
  2. Give a challenge, such as holding a plank while the group sings a song with no pauses.
  3. Try others: build a story one word each during sumo squats, or keep a balloon in the air moving only by lunges.
  4. Teams that finish run 100 metres; teams that don't run 200 metres.
  5. The team with the most successful one-minute challenges wins.
