How to play
A seated circle game based on the party classic: students pass a ball in a v-sit, and when the music-style 'stop' is called, a random number picks the exercise. It works as a warm-up or finisher.
- Students sit close together in a circle in a v-sit, feet off the ground if they can. Resting feet down is fine.
- They pass a ball around the circle with a twisting motion.
- Call "stop" at random times. The student holding the ball picks a number between 1 and 10.
- Each number matches an exercise on your secret list of ten.
- Have the whole group do that exercise for 20 seconds, then re-form the circle and keep passing.
