Up to 10 minAll agesPrinted PDF

How to play

Naughts and crosses turned into a partner reflection game. Before placing a naught or cross, players answer that square's question and share it with their partner, a fun, non-threatening way to connect.

  1. Pair students up with a printed game card for each pair.
  2. One player is naughts and the other crosses.
  3. Before marking a square, answer its question and share it with your partner, or write it as a journal reflection.
  4. Get three in a row to win.
  5. Choose from the four themed cards, the fitness card with movements, or the blank card for your own questions.
