How to play
Snakes and ladders played as a pairs boxing game. Pairs roll, complete the boxing exercise for their square and run before rolling again, racing to reach 100 first.
- Pair students: one boxes for the first 15 minutes while the other holds focus pads, then swap.
- Pairs take turns to roll and move on a snakes and ladders board to 100.
- Complete the exercise for the square's last digit, for example 1 is 100 jabs, 7 is 10 squats.
- Run 100 metres and return before rolling again.
- Snakes and ladders work as normal; complete the exercise for the square you end up on.
- The first pair to the finish square is crowned the winner.
- Scale the punches, runs and time to suit your class.
