How to play
A pairs boxing challenge using a Skip-bo deck. Each card sets a boxing movement and reps, and pairs try to beat their own card count after swapping roles, so they encourage each other.
- Pair students: one boxes for 10 minutes while the other holds pads, then swap.
- Draw a card and complete its movement and reps, for example blue one is 10 double jabs.
- After each card, the pair runs 50 metres together, then draws another.
- An orange Skip-bo card means a 400 metre run together. Green seven is a free card.
- After ten minutes, count the cards. After swapping, try to beat that score.
- Scale the punches, runs and time to suit your class.
