How to play
A 30 minute circuit of six stations, each running for five minutes with a minute's rest. It challenges students physically and mentally, and the point-scoring stations give them a score to beat next time.
- Set up the six stations from the exercise list and split the class into six small groups.
- Run each station for 5 minutes with a one minute rest before rotating.
- Station one: carries or walking lunges, then a body weight movement. Station two: hold a plank, squat or wall sit, rest and rejoin.
- Stations three and five: as many rounds as possible of five reps, then ten reps, of four exercises. One point per round.
- Station four: run a set distance, do a body weight movement, repeat. Station six: rep accumulator, adding two reps each round.
- Scale the station time, reps, distances and weights to suit your class; swap equipment for body weight moves if needed.
