How to play
A whole-group dice game where students take turns rolling against you. Everyone picks a side before each roll, and the side with the higher number does fewer reps, so the whole class plays together.
- Students take turns rolling a die against you, a different student each time.
- Before each roll, everyone picks a side: you or the student rolling.
- The side with the higher number does the winners' reps; the other side does the larger set.
- Example exercises: 10 or 20 squats, push ups or squat thrusters, or a 100 or 200 metre sprint.
- Anyone who finishes early holds a plank, wall sit, v-sit or squat hold until everyone is done.
- Play for as long as you like. Scale the reps and distances to suit your class.
