How to play
A partner circuit where pairs share 100 reps of each exercise across four sets. One partner works while the other runs, so everyone is always moving and pairs finish at their own pace.
- Pair students up, ideally stronger with less able.
- Set 1: 100 squats, 100 push ups. Set 2: sit ups, lunges. Set 3: v-sits, squat thrusters. Set 4: burpees, squat jumps.
- One partner does reps while the other runs 50 to 100 metres, then they swap.
- Pairs keep a shared count, e.g. 13 squats then the partner continues from 14, until they reach 100 together.
- Give a two-minute rest and drink break after each set.
- Scale the reps (for example 20 or 50 instead of 100), distances and time to suit your class.
