How to play
An individual dynamic warm-up where each Skip-Bo card sets a movement and the number sets the reps. Drawing a Skip-Bo card sends everyone on a run, keeping it lively.
- Students draw cards from a Skip-Bo deck and do the matching movement.
- Blue 1 to 4 are 10-metre movements: lunge walk, fast feet, heel flicks, high knees.
- Green 5 to 8 are bodyweight exercises, such as seven lunges with a twist each side.
- Red 9 to 12 are larger movements: calf raises, sit-ups, push-ups and squats, with reps matching the number.
- A Skip-Bo card means yell "SKIP-BO" and everyone runs 100 metres. Optionally score one point per card completed.
