A student typed something rude

Tap the name on the projector. You are asked to confirm, and the player is removed. This works at any point — in the lobby and during the game.
Most of it never reaches you. Names are screened before they are accepted, on the student device and again on the server, and the filter is built to catch the usual evasions — spaced-out letters, numbers standing in for letters, repeated characters. A child who tries gets told to pick a different name and never appears on your board.
WORTH KNOWING
Removing a player does not stop them rejoining with the same code. If a child is being deliberate about it, take the device — that is a behaviour conversation, not a settings problem.
