How to play
A six-station interval challenge with 90 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest. Students total their reps as a score, then go again and try to beat it, so they compete against themselves.
- Set an interval timer for 90 seconds per station with 30 seconds' rest between.
- Stations: burpees, push-ups, box, bench or tuck jumps, sit-ups, squat thrusters and squats.
- Students count their reps at each station and add them up for a total score.
- Give a two-minute break.
- Go through again and try to beat the first round score.
- Scale the reps, distances or time to suit your class.
