How to play
A song workout that alternates push-ups in the verses with bicycle kicks in the chorus. Counting the 64 beats of each chorus helps students push through, knowing the end is in sight.
- Start everyone in the push-up position.
- During the verses, everyone does push-ups, holding a plank when they can't do any more. Swap to squats for a lower body focus.
- During each chorus, lie down and do bicycle kicks for its 64 beats.
- Repeat, returning to push-ups for the next verse, until the song ends.
